AIRPORT/TRAIN PICKUP

PLEASE NOTE: the Airport/Train pickup service provided by The Move of God Conference is exclusively for guests who have booked accommodation with us. Any unauthorized use of our pickup service is strictly prohibited.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has not booked accommodation with us or who does not comply with our terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

TMOG AIRPORT/TRAIN PICKUP POLICY

- Please note: after payment, no refunds are provided.*

- Pay attention to the pickup times we provide! 

- Pick up is only available for Charleroi airport on Thursday 2pm*

- Pick up from Zaventem Airport is available on Thursday at 11am, 2pm & 4pm, and on Friday only at 1pm!*
- Pick up from Brussels Nord & Brussels Midi Train Station is available on Thursday at 11am, 2pm, & 4pm, and on Friday only at 12pm!*

- If you arrive earlier than the pick up times you may choose to wait until the TMOG pick up bus arrives (eg, if you arrive Charleroi at 12pm you would have to wait until 2pm for pick up). If you choose not to wait, there are external transport providers that will cost you considerably much more.

- By attending the Move of God conference, you grant permission to the Board to use your names and email addresses for transportation purposes. The TMOG Board can assure you that your personal information will be handled with utmost care.*
